The Carriage House is a separate building located behind the main Inn house.  It has four separate rooms each offering unique floor plans.   

Apartment:

The Apartment Room is a one bedroom apartment located on the second floor. It has French Doors opening onto an expansive deck that faces the Indian River Lagoon.  The Apartment is furnished with a full kitchen and dining area, living room and bath.  The bedroom has a Queen Sized bed with dresser.  The apartment is rented typically on a weekly or monthly basis. Please contact the Innkeeper for availability.

Efficiency:

There are two Efficiencies available to guests, one is upstairs and the other is on the ground floor.  Both rooms have separate entrances and separate baths, and private balconies, furnished with chairs and cocktail tables.  Inside the efficiencies, the floor plan offers a two room suite, with separate living room/dining area and bedrooms.  The sleeping areas are provided a single, Queen sized bed, dresser, and bath.  The living areas are furnished with couch, side chairs, dinette tables and chairs, kitchenette facilities and TV.  The efficiencies are typically rented on a weekly or monthly basis. Hotel Room:

The Hotel Room is a large single room with Queen sized bed and bath.  The room has coffee maker, refrigerator, and TV and has a small deck with side chairs.  This room is ideal for those on the go and not into a lot of fuss.
